We ship via standard first-class USPS service and USPS 1 to 3 day Priority Mail. All shipments are tracked and you will receive an email with tracking information on the day that your order ships.
We ship A LOT of surprise gifts so we never include any order information, packing slips or receipts in the box. Zero chance of spoilers here! Every order is safely and carefully packaged so that it's ready for gifting. You can find your receipt and/or order info in your email order confirmation and your shipping confirmation.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return on non-personalized/custom products
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
